Centerra Metro District Board of Directors Announced

Courtney Parmelee and David Spaeth will serve as members of the Centerra Metro Districts 1-5 Board of Directors.  They were the only two candidates to submit nomination forms to run for the two available Board of Director seats. If there are fewer candidates than offices to be filled, the designated election official must, by law, cancel the election and declare the candidates elected by acclimation.

Courtney Parmelee and David Spaeth will both serve three-year terms. Due to recent legislation by the General Assembly changing the timing of regular special district elections, terms of office for directors elected in both May 2020 and May 2022 will be three years, respectively. Terms of office for directors elected in May 2023 and all elections after that will be four years.

Both Parmelee and Spaeth have served previously on the Centerra Metro District Board. They join current Board members Kim Perry, Josh Kane, and David Crowder, all of whose terms will expire in May of 2022.

Centerra Metro District Board of Directors meetings currently take place the third Thursday of every month at noon at 2725 Rocky Mountain Avenue, in Loveland. Board meeting agendas and packets are posted online at http://centerra-metro-district.com/.
